If you’re a new customer, fill out the online form for a quote or call Customer Service. Existing customer’s can log into their online web portal.
Using our online customer portal, customers can track their shipments and view all order details.
We can accommodate loads up to 12000 lbs. Anything above that we can do multiple drops. Please call Customer Service for anything that cannot fit on a skid, to discuss delivery options.
After the order is placed in the web portal, an option to view and print all necessary labels will be available. The tracking page will allow access to past orders as well to reprint labels if necessary. PDS requires all packages to be clearly labelled.
Yes. Our drivers are all TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certified.

Yes. We can arrange POD Emails for customers.
Yes, the customer can leave specific instructions and details about their package when placing their order online or by phone.
We accept direct debit, credit card, and money transfer through Plooto payment processing.
PDS Courier is a GTA based service but we service most of Southern Ontario. We also service Ottawa. For further inquiries, contact Customer Service.
PDS operates 24/7.
Deliveries are covered by a Standard Liability policy for damage or loss under our consignment. This is standard for most courier services. We recommend you contact us if your requirements go beyond our coverage
Any changes may be subject to a price change pending the status of the order and the details that are changed. Call the office to cancel orders. Orders cancelled too late may be subject to a no pick up charge.
